A demanding chef, Julien Darcy fashions his dishes with local and French products, carefully sourcing all of his suppliers.

At the Table d’Armante, particular care is given to the wine list. When you select a food and wine pairing, the sommelier can advise on a vintage that will please you while opening up the flavours in your dish.


The breakfast at the Armancette includes a selection of homemade bread and pastries, fresh and flavourful products to start the day off right.

Originally from the Paris region, I developed my passion for cooking through my mother when I was very young and I naturally aimed towards the catering profession. I was trained by the biggest names in cuisine in Paris, but it was during my time abroad that I progressed further and further, working in London, Bora Bora and New York.

This profession gives me the opportunity to express my creativity every day, learn new culinary techniques and discover new artisans and local products.
